Anyone else ever get paid by this company? They still owe me for closing from 12/1/10. They do not answer the phone or emails.

Did you check them out on the Signing Central section of this website? They are well-documented non-payers going back for years.

Not! Just looked them up on the BBB website, they are listed at two different locations, one in Lender Ranch, CA and Orange, CA. Signing Central has them listed in Anaheim.
Want to help yourself? File an online complaint with the BBB.com. They handle business-to-business complaints. They refer your complaint (or not if you choose) to the BBB office closest to the company and will try to resolve your complaint with the company. SOME companies value their BBB rating, if this one doesn't, at least there is a mark against them. If all of us filed complaints with the BBB over this and other deadbeat companies (large and small), in some cases the BBB refers matters to the state attorney general.
I just filed a complaint yesterday, thou against another co., the complaint was sent to the BBB office nearest its corporate offices.

The fraud keeps going. The list keeps growing. How does this company stay in business. Every notary that has not been paid should contact there State Attorney General's office. I did.

Too many Notaries Public (NP) who do signings do not know about the company. Of all those who are members/users of NotRot, many still bite and get stung. Think of the gazillions of NPs out there who do signings and are not members! They'll be used and eventually learn better. The cast of available NPs who do not know better will decrease to where the company can not get orders completed. Praise the day!

Good point
This is the same thing that keeps SOX in business - those NPs who frequent forums like these are well aware of their reputation, but there are a ton of NPs who don't have a clue because they don't access these forums. As long as there is a steady stream of fresh meat, companies like these will continue to survive.
