Dynamic Field Solutions..Action Taken

To those of you that have been cheated by this company, and have proof of this, please contact me via e-mail.

I've filed a compliant with the Orange County District Attorney's office to open an investigation on their illegal business practices. The D.A.'s office will not assist in collecting for you, but will investigate these deadbeats based on complaints filed with their office.

I have a judgment against this deadbeat and I plan on providing the D.A's office with some additional victims, per their request, to determine the action to be taken against them.

To Vicky: I know you read this forum and to you I say: You should've paid me the lousy $ 50.00,I am going to do all I can to make your life miserable, trust me.

Yikes, well good for you, James. Wishing you all the best of luck. Perhaps, collectively you can all get paid through contacting the DAs office. Don't forget the RIPOFFREPORT.

Please keep SC updated too for all our benefit.

They owe me 2 signing from last month. Action not only should be against Dynamic but also Cogent Title. They did the sub-contracting to Dynamic

sst911, have you contacted Cogent Title to let them know that you have not been paid as agreed?

By calling them and then following it up with a certified letter you would have proof that, at least from that point on, they are aware of the poor payment history of Dynamic Field Solutions. If anyone else has this kind of proof, or any other, that they have previously contacted this TC I'll bet that info would also be helpful to the Orange County District Attorney's office.

Just a thought. Wink

I totally agree!!! They made me wait for four months to get paid and then they shorted me $20. I called them numerous times, left numerous messages and was never called back. I emailed them many times as well and they finally replied back last week. The closing I did for them was in December 2010. These people are totally unprofessional. We take care of them right away and they pay us back by screwing us over. It won't ever happen again because I will never work for them again. James, good luck in your endeavors against them. I only wish there was some other way we could let all of our fellow Notaries know about them. THEY NEED US, WE DON'T NEED THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have done work for this company before. She was slow to pay, could never get up with her either thru email or thru phone. One day out of the blue she call me again to do a signing for her and I told her I had to be paid thru pay pal or credit card before I would do any more of her closings. Since then ever time she calls me she pays me up front. Make sure if you deal with her you make her pay you first.

I p***ed off somebody there. I wrote a demand letter for payment faxed it to them and Cogent. I got email after email telling me it was no were near time for them to pay me. In the fine print at the bottom of there conformation page it saids 30 business days after funding. I had to put on 2 pairs glass to see it but it is there. But on the same page they claim yhey will pay in 48 hours after closing. Now that is in big print. They also told me it was not due to make a payment until the 21st of April. I used all my and my wifes fingers and toes and came up with the 15 of April. There calander has more weekend and holidays than mine.
EVERYONE THAT IS OWED MONEY FROM THESE DEAD BEATS FAX, EMAIL, SNAIL MAIL THE TC, LENDER, EVERYBODY THAT TOUCHED THE PAPER WORK. LETS COVER THEM UP WITH PHONE CALLS AND PAPER WORK. FILL UP ALL OF THERE MAIL BOXES, SO NO ONE ELSE CAN BE SCREWED.

I just want to add my name to the list of unpaid, I did a closing for them on 1/13/11 and have not been paid. Just like everyone else they never answer calls. The best was the story to get me to do the signing in 2 hrs. they claimed a notary cancelled on them the last minute because she couldn't find her stamp. I had never heard of this company before and wish I never did. I will continue to call, leave messages, and fax every day just because I can. Lesson Learned.
