What amount of E & O do most people carry. I normally get a policy for $1,000,000. With times being tough the premium doesn't make sense any more.

Don't you need a TPL in IN?

You may need to check with your state as to what'a required since YOUR E&O as a licensed title producer probably offers more coverage than a standard Notary E&O Insurance policy...

I bought only $100,000 to comply with title guidelines for doing signings for them direct.
