Flex

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

How did you members like the email from Flex with there standard rate of 70.00 and trying to convince up to start off at 70.00 as we will get more work before the rest of the people who charge more. Now they seem like a 'got it togteher' kind of company but, they are so far behind in times when it comes to rates. These are newbie rates.

I took it as offered, merely an example to illustrate how to enter my standard fees. With it, I have to chagne only one or two digits, depending on the distance of the signing location from home.

They used to offer 90.00 edocs with faxback, then 80.00edocs with faxback, NOW they want you to do a signing for 70.00 edocs and faxbacks?? LOL!! Gas is 4.11/regular What a joke, LOL!! Yeah with this offering I sure will send my kids to college or save for retiring.

I keep seeing the HUD with 200.00 notary fee so don't tell me they don't get that. So what makes a middle men get 130.00 dollars for just a few calls(And they really make few calls because not all people take 70 bucks)and review the faxes after the signing?

Re: Flex - What a joke.

I used to get $125-$175, depending on the job. And now, people are taking $70! LMAO

FLEX IS the TC and they have go a lot of people fooled and are laughing all the way to the bank.

Calnotary is right, $130 for them to make calls and $70 for the NSA to actually do the work. The customer is still charged $200+

Busy work does not equal profit.

I wrote this company off a few years ago.
