Do any of you or have any of you used Bright House for your land line phone/fax service and, If so, how was their service?

I don't really have a need for it, so it doesn't do me very good. If I needed a land line fax machine it might be OK. It costs me about $15 extra to have a land line, and I've been considering cancelling it for some time because I don't ever use it.
