Hit a really good lick today

Got a $375 check from Titlestream National Closing Solutions and a note from Monte Sturgeon. He said he had just won the Irish Sweepstakes, and was clearing up some old obligations. Said signing agents all over the country should be getting checks today for any invoices that were washed out in the Titlestream bankruptcy.

Funny thing: The check was drawn on Washington Mutual. And the note said I needed to be sure to cash it <today>.

I'm gonna do just that. And I'm going to spend the whole thing on Countrywide stock.

Sure am glad I kept the faith.

Awesome!!! And did you hear that XYZ has decided to stop their NSA classes? They're also coming out with a revised schedule of recommended fees - starting at @ $200 for a single refi w/ o/n docs...
