Very cautiously. They don't pay well at all, so you have to keep it real close.

For Auto: check out the on-line scene..research which

car dealerships in your area, say w/in 20 miles or how ever far you are willing to travel, and send them a professional brochure or business card, or what's best, go in person, introduce yourself to the store manager, drop a business card, and let them know what type of service you can provide for their out of state or on-line customers.

This works for me and its great extra cash especially during these down times...

Home inspections, I do once in a great while mainly work directly with real estate company or broker. They pay what you ask, with no questions asked.

It should be noted that in Texas home inspections

require licensing. It is not a business that is easy to break into.

Google

field inspections
draw inspections
field inspectors
draw inspectors

and, so on.
