Lenders who hire habitual non payers are committing fraud

In my opinion... These lenders and title companies who continue to use the SOX and Speedys and so many others have got to be aware by now that they are stiffing commissioned officers of the State to facilitate a loan closing. As far as I'm concerned they are assisting in fraudulent acts involving mortgage loans. So I suggest that you always make a habit of notifying every one involved when you're not paid And I will add my opinion on the matter to each and every notification.
