MacBook Pro and our work

Hello all,

Have any of you bought and used the new MacBook Pro to do notary signing work?

Does it work well with Adobe PDF files?

Do any of you use a Brother dual tray 5370 DW Series printer with the MacBook Pro?

Thank you.

I don't have the Pro, but I do have a MacBook and have run into a few problems with eDocs ~ some doc retrieval systems are not compatible. It's usually not a huge deal - TC can just email them as .pdf files. For eclosings, Macs don't work either, but so far I've lucked out that the borrower had a PC at home for our use.
Not sure if you meant general notary work or signings...

Hope that helps...
Kelly

Yes, thank you very much for replying. I have been trying to decide whether to buy a MacBook laptop as I always hear they have fewer issues than a PC.

You are the only one who replied so I don't know if others use Mac computers as a signing agent.

Thanks again.

Anyone bought a new MacBook Pro and used it for signing agent work? Are there issues with PDF files or any other issues with websites we work with like TRG etc?
Thank you.
