Mariner Title Services - Closing Dept

Don't know if anyone is at the Loves Park office anymore. Tried calling them and get no answer or messaging - the phone just rings and rings! CAN'T GET PAID FOR THE RESEARCH WE DID FOR THEM BECAUSE WE CAN'T CONTACT THEM!!

I cant remember her name without looking at the file from a while ago when I did a closing for her, but do recall having the same issues. She took forever to pay me after telling me I would be paid within a week of the closing and I could never get ahold of her.

Super aggravating isnt it....we feel your pain......

Maybe someone on here will be able to help you find them....Good luck

This used to be a pretty good company but like many others in this economy I think they may be done. Betsy Berkman was the scheduling coordinator your probably thinking of. They used to pay promptly at funding and you could usually expect a check within 7 to 10 days. The last closing I did for them however was in June of last year and the check was returned NSF. After several calls and emails with no response I sent one final and more sternly worded email. Two months later after no other correspondence, I received a replacement check in September with an apologetic note from the owner stating that they were doing the best they could to make things right with their vendors and make good for any bad checks. I feel pretty fortunate to have had that situation straightened out when I did. For anyone else at this point I think it might be too late.
