My Officelive website got deleted by mistake, any way to

Without a backup, you may be SOL. (Kinda brings up the point about backing up your data, including your website code and files.)

You can try to see if the site administrators can assist you.

No. HTML files are housed on the web host, not local PC.

The backup should be to copy everything on the web host system to your local PC. Most hosting services have a utility to generate a zipped or tarred file for ease of downloading the backup data.
