National Loan Closings

They just called me for 2 closings in my area. I was all agog since business is very slow. One was in my city so they could pay $75.00 the other was a city near buy and they could pay $85.00. The nice lady is going to get back to me if she can get my fee approved. Going to make sure I keep my phone close by...

I quoted my minimum fee and it was more than what she was offering thus the "I'll see if I can get it approved" scenario.

A word of caution. NLC is a clearing house for another company. If you take more than 5 signings from them you are required to pay a monthly fee. I did a few a while back, but get email notifications for signings that are too low to be acceptable ($70-$75). I'm sure someone takes them.

...see this wouldn't work for me, 'cause in the city for me

if its one way, 20 miles out, I'd still be in Chicago...to little pay for too long a drive, especially with gas prices at $4.05 a gallon!
