No id
Was supposed to meet someone today for a loan mod. He has no state id only a matricula card and, passport is expired. I am now waiting for title to call me back. They will have to find another way. But, do these boa modifications really have to be notarized?

Are there preprinted acknowledgements on the docs?

Not preprinted on documents but, attached all purpose acknowledgement by title company.

You will have to fill out acknowledgment and send it back with documents. You will need to have proper ID for your journal.

Re: I think Ali knows how to handle the matter
I do know how to handle it. Thank you for your help though.
Title has asked me to just have him sign and not notarize. I will think about it. Because what if they get someone else to notarize it? Well, that would be their problem. I will have to get paid.

Re: I think Ali knows how to handle the matter
Personally, I don't like using the All Purpose Acknowledgement form they stick into the package. I always ask if I can attach my own ack (which allows me to spefically write the name of the doc and # of pages) and have always been given the ok. The mod agreement does need to be notarized....why they don't have it printed on the signature page is a mystery to me. I notarize and attach my ack.
