Superior Closings, AKA Profficient Signings - Beware-Beware!

Received a call 3/21/11 for a last minute signing at my own local Chase Bank from Superior Closings out of Tampa, FL. Thinking it was Superior Signings out of Texas I accepted the job.
Printed 2x150 pages on legal docs when Vicki Gutierrez 813.451.1255 called back 30 minutes
later to say 11am closing had been delayed and to just sit tight and she would get back to
me. I never heard back from her and waited for her call till 2pm.
Tried to reach her over next few days, but no answer and no returned calls.

She called 3/31/11 after hours to reschedule. I called her today and told her I would be sending her my bill for $25 for e-docs -- she says she only pays $15.

Trust me, now that I have read all the comments on this boad, if I don't get paid I will be calling the lender, title company and my local bank to make them aware of the type of people who are doing business thru their organizations.

I for one am sick and tired of the disrespect these kinds of people continue to
show for the people on the front line of this business. I used to be too busy
to follow up -- not anymore.

Superior Closings - contact Title Attorney Tricia O.

if that was who was listed on your docs. She paid for the closing after contacting her. Said she understood Vikki had payment issues. As for Superior Closing being out of business, that I cannot state. Only that Attorney Tricia O. will pay invoices on closings performed by VG with proof of invoice, etc.

Hope in your case she was on your paperwork.

Like SOX and DF, chances are no official closing of the doors for VG f/k/a VR.
