For those still wondering if they are in business, I got a call today for a purchase signing for $85 about 30 minute drive one-way. When I asked for payment in advance via PayPal due to their history, all I got was a sad sad story about the title company that stiffed them. Just add that to all the other creative excuses other have shared in SC.
Hint: When people insist on talking over you while you are trying to speak to them on the phone, it is very likely they won't want to listen or talk to you later when you are asking for the payment that's owed to you.

Thanks for all the info. Got a call this AM, accepted and went to check history.
Never did a closing for this group, just saw the same CA mentality of use the notory.
I still have some out standing debt over lame excuses.
