There are some good companies out there still...

Last Thursday, a particular company called to schedule a loan modification...offered a fee that was more than fair for the work involved. Met the borrowers Saturday. Shipped the package Monday, faxed my invoice (at their request) on Monday.

The check arrived today. No joke. They are back eat, so they would have had to cut the check the same day they got the invoice.

I won't mention which company it is... but they are affiliated with FNF, in SC with a well deserved high star rating.

More than anything, I'm just floored that a company actually paid within a week of the assignment.

I'm hoping to go... my plans are still in the air. I have another trip planned about that same, but those dates haven't been set yet.

"They are back eat"

Wow, they realy took a chance, they never even had time to proofread it. Well maybe you can "back eat" at the luncheon.

Hey, Bancserv always pays within 10 days, usually less.

The UK Cowboy occasionally leans back on his spurs and gives himself the same kind of pain in the butt that he is to the rest of the world.

I've only done one loan modification. It was about 30 pages and took about 5 minutes to sign, and they paid my normal fee for it. Easiest money I've ever made in this job.
