This is the worse month since come back
EOM was bad, Friday I had 4 deals I could not do because of the holiday and Monday and today not one signing only a couple of general stuff.
What will be tougher is next month since most of my April AR has been paid already so May is going to hurt cash flow wise. Supplies are stocked up and ready to go for May.

Wow, This has actually been my best month
Yesterday & Friday were like the old days, I had 6 closings on both days and kept steady the rest of the week too. Hoping it stays like this. Noticed that alot of my work is coming from Chase, I know they have been sending flyers out to current customers. Good Luck & hopes things will pick up soon.

Re: Wow, This has actually been my best month
Ended up only doing 2 yesterday but only due to scheduling conflicts (all wanted the same time!) and the inability to pickup phone during first appointment, which went long due to borrower on phone with LO questioning a document, during which time my phone rang 3 times for closings later that night. However, as of now only have one more this week. Had decent number of closings last week, but April still has been my slowest month since last August. I did OK, but not as good as previous 6 months. Hopefully the calls will be there in May!

Re: Wow, This has actually been my best month
I did 9 signings last week and turned down at least 4 more due to schedule conflicts, my most ever since I started this a little over a year ago. This week? Just 2. *sighs*. I'm thinking of taking in transcription work for the slow weeks.

Let's hope the good news spreads across the country.
Glad to hear there is life in other states! For me, this was the slowest month in 14 years! Yes, worse than the depths of the mortgage meltdown! Did not help that Settlement Corp went belly-up!
