Title Logic - Are people still having pymt issues?

I accepted a job for tonight from them & when I saw the concerns re: quarterly pymts I sent them an email. I was told they are no longer doing that but paying as soon as the loan funds. Ended up havng to turn down another reliable client who needed a closing at the same time so I am hoping they are making good on their pymt promises. Anyone have any new info to report? TIA

Not yet, but I'm expecting a check this week. I've never

had payment issues with them in the past, but the one I'm waiting for is at 60 days.

Did one for them on 4/8/11. Received the check on 4/18/11.

I have always been paid on time for closings but they do pay quarterly or at time of closing for disclosure signings. I had to wait 45 days for payment on a disclosure signing because borrower did not close. They did disclose this to me when I accepted the assignment.
