Who was the New York attorney...
...who screwed over so many signing agents, and whatever became of him? I haven't seen him mentioned in some time.

I haven't read or heard about him in ages. Hopefully, that means he is no longer scamming NP's! His was one of the hardest invoices I've ever had to collect. I had to go through the DA's office in his home county. Fun times! (not)

I have not heard the name of Siranni in some years but looked back to find out that he still owes me over $400.00. Too bad he is still screwing people.

I wonder if you can turn him into the New York Bar Association.... for lack of honesty, integrity, yada yada, etc.

Re: Yes, you can file a grievance against him...
Grievance Committees work! I worked in the legal field for 30 years here in Florida and on several occasions I was in an office where one of the attorneys was assigned a "complaint" that was filed with the grievance committee. He had to contact the attorney that the complaint was filed against and had to give a report to the Florida Bar. The Florida Bar would then contact the customer and if the customer was not satisfied, then the Florida Bar was obligated to reassign it until a satisfactory solution was accepted by the customer. I actually got an attorney disbarred that way. He didn't like me much after that but I didn't care. He was soooo wrong. I still had my company but he didn't have his.
