XYZ Called me with a great idea!

XYZ called me today with this request..I gather a list of interested Not Rot NSAs that might be interested in sitting in a new board that they are forming..This board will help assisting notaries obtain work, resolve any payment issues and help set up their web came notarization procedures for all 50 states! They will be paying us for being on this board..

How do they plan on resolving payment issues short of acting as an arbitrator...and if this is the plan what do they plan on charging for a fee for the arbitration. Everything they offer seems to cost the notaries money.

I saw that too and had the same responses. Then I get emails, and snail mail telling me that my subscriptions have expired!
