You won't get Kay Sanders. When I spoke with Rory he said

she had been out for quite a while. I don't want to gossip here, but I think there may be some major health issues going on. That was my gut feeling, anyway.

You might try calling the escrow/settlement number below and find someone to make them aware that this "licenesse" does not have "good" business pratices.
