AG letter

I am trying to collect from yet another dead beat SS, I have filed complaint with BBB and now I am contacting the AG and SOS. I have never had to go to this step before and I'm not sure how the letter should be worded. Any help? I done the orange search button but nothing about how to word a letter showed up. Thanks.

Another suggestion would be instead of a letter to the AG and SOS, send a demand letter to the SS with cc to the AG and SOS. Be sure to cc the lender, the TC, the Realtor (if any), the broker and/or LO, the FBI Internet Fraud Division (search here for address), HUD and anybody else associated with the loan.

Maybe that'll scare them into paying you.

I'd suggest paying a lawyer to write a scary letter on their letterhead threatening legal action. That usually works.

FAX IT with the letters at the Top of the Letter, FINAL DEMAND FOR PAYMENT.

You may try a letter to your state department of insurance..mentioning not paying as per HUD requirements.. it is time states set a precedent on such companies, just like mechanics liens

I agree with Tye and James@ Notary Signer. I have used the phone numbers found in NotRot for the deadbeat companies and made phone calls left very polite, but demanding messages, if necessary, and emailed same w/ copies to each other, showing everyone emailed who was copied. It has worked very effectively for me. Also, try using the valuable resource in Signing Central so as not to make this mistake again. MHO!
