AZ Notaries Beware!
I heard a story today about an AZ Notary Public who had a complaint against her by a member of the public. The SOS asked for a copy of the journal entry. SOS found that the actual complaint had no basis, but gave this notary a 3 month suspension because they found errors in the journal entry! The notary got a 3 month suspension.
By the way, this was from a loan signing that took place 5 years ago!
