Who is the most reliable signing company to register with. The last company that contacted me, the signing feel through and no ever contacted me back.

The best advice anybody can give you is to sign up with a lot of companies. You can do that by using the list here on Notary Rotary (in Signing Central). Only sign up with the most highly rated companies.
