All American Abstract

Received a message from an "All American Abstract" phone number 484-924-8053, for a closing. I have not found anything on this company with this area code. I searched this site as well, no hits. Anyone heard of them?

Seems to be a PA cell phone number. Never heard of them...must be in your state, or out of state person with PA phone. Let us know and then lets get them rated in Signing Central.

They are a small title company in Phoenixville, PA. Every file we closed for them was at the Citadel CU. We don't work for them any more because they cannot meet our fee but I know they hold onto that account by keeping their fees down. When we did work for them, they paid faithfully. The package was fairly standard. Whenever possible, the owner closes their files. If they met our fee, we would work for them.

I have done several assignments for them. They don't pay the highest, but will usually meet my fee and pay quickly. All that I have done for them have been close by at Citadel offices. I think that they have also overnighted me the docs. Usually quick jobs. Would work for them again.
