All Service Notary & Signings
Has anyone heard of Jan Mondragon of All Service Notary & Signings? She still owes me for two reverse signings in April $200 total. I have sent several emails and have gotten "put off" replys like I will send all checks out by August 15, (that didn't happen) and then the end of the month, so far nothing in the mailbox. Has anyone else out there received payment this summer? I thought she was a really straight up notary herself, guess I have been taken once again.

I have learned during all of this, that she was already hiring notaries and not paying them for these assignments. At the time she hired me, she already knew she was not going to ever pay me. She agreed in writing to pay me and agreed to the stipulations that not doing so was a criminal act in defrauding a Public Official.
I believe that in whatever current and future endeavor she enages, she will continue her deceitfulness and dishonesty.
