Has anyone done any recent work for them? Have been solicited by them and have been approved but the next step is to register on their system Realtrans for EFT of funds and when you look into their 'agreements' it states you have to pay a membership fee and there are transaction fees...very fishy. Their business is not rated in Signing central nor can I find anyone in the database that has worked for them. TY

Thanks but I've already checked this out.

I was interested in learning if there were any Notaries that have worked for them and if so what their feedback was on payment, customer service, etc.

I don't believe I've worked for that company as a Notary Public, but did some work as a Realtor, perhaps at least 3 years ago. I've asked to be removed from their list of vendors, without reply. I seldom get any communication from Altisource, but today just happened to get an email telling me that perhaps the reason some of my work (Broker's Price Opinions) were returned to me was because of errors in my input, such as square footage, dwelling age, number of rooms, etc. Again, that from a company I've not worked for in YEARS and not heard from in many months! Also, I don't remember any difficulty with my input, way back then. They owe me nothing, for any work done years ago was paid for, years ago. No, I'll not work with them again. I'm not even certain that they use Notaries Public, but I suppose you cn check the web site to determine that. If you are a Realtor, maybe they're trying to recruit you to do ome real estate work for them.........
