Competition undercuts me by $25.00 then gives back
to SS when they find out where the signing is to take place. ROFLMAO. That is what the SS told me. I quoted $xxx and he asked me why? I told him I was a professional NSA and could get the job done with no problems. I told him he could continue to shop and if he couldn't find someone, I'd do it for $xxx
He called me about 30 mins later and told me he found two people who said they would do it for $25.00 less. He added, but when I told them the address, they said nevermind. Scary low-ballers. LOL

That's funny!
I had one call the other day and did about the same thing. Only 4 hrs till signing. By the time they called back with only 1hr 30min till signing I told them it would be an additional $25 on top for rush and that would be only if the BO was willing to push the signing time back because I had another appointment. It was for one of those once in a while companies that used to call and accept my fees without issue years ago.

Karma can be a mutha! When SS's try to .05 & .10 SA's,
it's only fair that shud come w/ a price! You want cheaper SA's? - then they want signings next door - serves 'em right!

Re: Karma can be a mutha! When SS's try to .05 & .10 SA's,
I've seen the letters "SS" many times but can't figure out what it stands for. (I'm a newbie trying to grow my brain!). Thanks.
