Post is SC about demand letter to CEO.
Hope you get satisfaction to the debt.
Have not worked with them so I can't say a thing about my experiences.
Good luck.

For two grand, I would pay them a personal visit, if their office isn't too far away.

OMG they called me to join their network and have called several times to close a loan. Funny I changed my fee on the contract they know what it is but still low ball my service. I got so p--sed told them no to call anymore. So glad I did and so sorry for your trouble. They aren't in Maryland they are in PA right?

Why would you file in Maryland?
Definitely put a call into the insurance commissioner in Pa. to file a complaint. I'd call the borrowers first and the loan officers to see if there were any problems it would give you more ammunition on your complaint.

There are only a few 1* ratings in SC for Equifax. Have others had payment problems but haven't rated in SC? They called yesterday and asked me to lower my fee. I agreed for short trips only. I'm wondering if I should take ANY assignments from them if they are developing a no-pay pattern. Thanks for the warning.

EQUIFAX paid me in 2 weeks
And they met my fee. But my previous assignment from them was cancelled and they didn't bother to tell me until 4 PM although the bwr notified them first thing in the morning.

What a shame - they used to pay fast
They were one of my favorites - paid well and on time. I haven't done anything for them in over a year...probably because they dropped their fees, and I didn't drop mine. Sign of the times.
