Just wanted to say that I did a closing for them on 7/28 and received my check today. We did negotiate a fee but it wasn't much off of what I usually charge. And, since it was so close I took it because I could drive my golf cart to the closing - which I did. No hand holding, nothing. I did send them an e-mail earlier on in the month and told them about some negative entries in NotRot. Don't know if they read them or not - but I did get paid and NO, they did not ask me to post here. I only post when and what I want. I did post in SC.
