Here we go again...
About a year ago I did a signing for a couple where the wife was in labor. Just got a call to do one tomorrow. Upon calling to confirm, husband informs me that his wife thinks tomorrow "may be the day" and she thinks she's in early labor now. Taking bets...maybe they can name the baby Fannie or Freddie? LOL!

Don't wish that on the baby! I remember this from then - how very funny!

Just looked it up...they originally didn't want to pay the mobile notary fee a year ago...they were going with a HOME BIRTH, but didn't want to pay to have a notary go to their house for a closing! SHEESH! Msg #353331

We're going to start calling you the Stork Notary ....
You deliver loans AND babies! That could be your new logo- a stork with a bundle of docs in a blanket hanging from its beak! The name of your business could be "New Beginnings." That kinda goes along with buying/refinancing a house. (Nobody would get it but us!)

Docs arr 1.5 hours after scheduled signing. I was free, but...sheesh! B/O was hot. And didn't have STC funds. This one was a pain..and poor pregnant wife kept apologizing to ME!
