Incredimail mystart question

I have windows7 internet explorer9. I deleted incredimail but, the mystart page I just cannot get rid off! I have search internet find nothing for the system I am using. Has anyone had this problem and, how did you get rid of the mystart home page. I did uninstall incredimail already.
