Insured Closings

I received payment after 4 months. First accountant did not respond to my email, but I later learned she was no longer with company. Her replacement forwarded a check immediately and provided me with a check #, but I did not receive it. When I followed up, she said another check would go out immediately, and I did receive it. I thought that was the beginning of a positive turn around for this company, but I see from current posts that that is not the case. Company is still having problems with their payment schedules.

Re: Insured Closings may bouncie bounce!

On Aug. 15 a notrot person mentioned they too received a check and it bounced. Then someone responded to that on 8/16 with another bounced check.

You better run to the bank.

Yep, my check bounced too. First of all, it 'supposedly' was sent 7/27/2011, but when I didn't get it by 8/3/2011, I called/emailed. Sue, who replied from Kathleen's email address, said check xxx was sent on 7/27/2011 to my address. Got the check on the 5th or 6th of August, postmarked 8/3/2011. On Sat 8/20/2011, got a letter from my bank saying check bounced plus my bank charged me a $15 fee for the bounced check. Called them on Sat and left a message and also emailed them and am awaiting to hear what they have to say. Think I'll be calling today.
