Lenders and Packages
Has anyone else noticed a trend of Title/Lenders and these sloppy packages. It amazes me how sloppy they have become and they are still able to convince borrowers into taking the loan. In my opinion the lenders package speaks volumes of the lender. Since when did signing agents become accountable for the vesting and those types of issues. Title gets paid to issue a policy and make sure these things are correct? Lower the notary fees by the day but raise the expectations and requirements!
