Yes , but they must have the ceremony prior to 5:00 PM . Also must drive to the site of the wedding
with left turn signal on at all times , and at a speed of greater than 25 mph.

Are you a notary public? If so, you can perform a marriage. You need a bride and a groom before you, either with their vows or something you find online or in the Fl manual. If you are unsure, not sure if you can do this properly, you might want to give this one to another and observe to get a bit of experience.

Robert Koehler in Tampa is a wedding officiant and fellow notary with a successful business presiding over weddings. You could contact him or perhaps he will respond here.
