Let's hope that enough people can continue to qualify for loans to keep us busy for a good while longer. At some point when the economy *eventually* starts to improve or if inflation takes hold, interest rates are sure to head back up.

This is great news but I doubt it will help much in my area. Arizona has really been hit hard and not a lot of signings these days. At least not for me!Other than the $XX ones with bad track records. Hopefully it will help business as a whole and we will see a good increase over the next month or two.
