Nationwide in Arizona? Did one for them on Saturday. I like them, Charlie's a good guy. They meet my minimum fee. Some will complain that they're slow to pay, around 60 days. I fine with it as long I know.

Ilona, when you post something like this...

Please be specific about the company you're talking about. Especially when it's a generic name with multiple similar incarnations. Also, when you start two threads about the same thing in three hours, it just confuses things even more. Had I seen the other thread, I would have known that you were asking about Nationwide Closing Service out of Elderbury MD.

Yes. I did one last month. Already paid and cleared. Very easy to work with. We are speaking of company out of MD, correct?
