What is going on with National Link? They have not paid for June.

I presume that you invoiced them as they require. I did receive June but have not rec'd July. Service Link has been the same. Either they have been bought out or they are in deep doo-doo.

Last week, SericeLink paid me for the three I'd done from June 30 through the end of July. All paid up and happy. Still doing jobs for them.

Yes, I invoiced them June 30th and I usually receive a check the following month on or about the 20th. So far nothing. If Service Link is in trouble, so am I. They owe me about $700 for August.

Something happen in accounting this month that caused a delay. I don't know if it was their system or something else. Anyway they are getting checks out ASAP so just give them a couple more days and I'm sure it will be in the mail. Also you can also email vendor management to check status. BTW: I got this information because I was accidently cc'd on another notaries email to ServiceLink about their check. (The notary made the mistake and cc'd a bunch of people on the email)

You are correct. Their system went down this month and they were not able to print checks for almost a week. Lida has been working fast and furious to get all checks out. I received my National Link payment for July but still have not received my Service Link payment. I have been assured that it should be on it's way soon. I love working for Service Link/National Link. They don't pay as much as I am used to getting, but all of the people are super nice. If I could just find one more company that could send me the volume Service Link sends me......I would be set.

They were making some changes to their system. Maybe that is why yours went out late. But, when you want to inquire about payment email vendor management they respond quickly.

The Accounts Payable mailing address for both Service Link and National Link has been changed. All Invoices should be mailed to: )345 Rouser Road, Bldg 5, Coraopolis, Penna. 15108).
