National Link - UGH!

Took the call when I wasn't home so I didn't have the chance to look them up but seems they don't have a Rating here - maybe I will start one!

They agreed to my fee - Shoulda been my 1st clue something wasn't gonna go right!

Lady who sent me the Docs asks me to reply to her so she knows I got the docs. I'd love to BUT her email box is full. So I tried to call her number, Her voicemail is full, too.

The instructions said they would be Faxing me some additional pages which didn't come because they put my Home phone # is the field for a fax number I might have (which they never even asked for..)

I THINK the docs they were to Fax me ended up being IN the doc package so I did the signing anyways ~ I tried to call them but their offices are closed all weekend and all I could do was leave a message.

Now they have been open for business for 6 hours and they still have not responded to me with UPS or Fed Ex info - if I don't get it soon, this VA package isn't going out today..
I've called and left 2 voicemails and sent 2 more emails.

OH, the gal who had full V-M ~ her message said she was out of Office but would be returning on August 15th.

National LINK - UGH.

related but not the same? Not sure what 'related' means. I guess I'm not 'in the know.'

Re: National link is related to Service link, check SC

NationalLink was a partnership between ServiceLink and the now closed National City Bank. I believe the partnership is now between ServiceLink and PNC Bank, the purchaser of National City's assets and liabilities. I have never experienced any problems with them, but I guess times are changing.

Thanks for replying Harry. I don't tend to post here very often because I kind of feel 'invisible' when I do. Anyways, the clog might be loosening up, I finally got a FedEx acct number out of them, so I'm gonna get this out ASAP and fulfill my end of the bargain, And hope for the best!

You know you have to complete a monthly invoice for payment? They should have sent you one from vendor management. Let me know I'll give you Truday's email address.
They are an ok company to work with I've never had any problems payment or otherwise.

Thanks Ilene - guess I hadn't thought that far down on the road with this one!
I was just hoping I could get it OUTTA here today!
I will make mental note of the name Trudy, Billing? I must have worked for them before,
as they already had my email addy and phone numbers - and had assigned me an Agent #.
It's probably been a while.
