Need more business

I have been a signing agent for a few years now. I have signed up with various ss and I do get calls, but I would like to get more calls. I am signed up on a few public notary websites, but just have the basic free membership. Do you think paying for a membership would help my business, like websites like this? Also, if you have any ideas how to make my phone ring for more work, please advise.

When I changed to premium on this site, it helped me alot--many more calls.

Ditto. Additionally, you must spend your time wisely when

your phone is not ringing or things are slow. Reminding your existing clients that your are available and marketing your services to prospective clients.

You can use your business as a spring for other types of business such as delivering documents or even process serving. You can also perform public records searches. Last week mortgage apps declined 9.1% the worst in 13 months. It may pick up due to the FED's announcement it won't raise rates.

You may want to add some kind of network marketing business to supplement your income through your business. Notaries can take advantage of their networking abilities of the local community.
