Notary Republic......Did the name change? LOL....Seriously,

I hired a new Notary Public the other day to notarize a personal document for me. Would you believe that this person put Notary Republic as their title on the acknowledge form? People generally mispronounce the title, but I've never seen anyone actually write it on an acknowledgement.

Maybe the individual was nervous or something?

Well, at least she's not claiming to be a Notary Republican!

A few years back a car passed me in town with brand spanking new door signs advertising her "Notary Republic" business, I almost drove off the road.
