Only option (guess not)

High rated SS called said have closing now, the closing is 30-45 minutes away and to print docs's maybe 20-30 minutes (ss so package will be over 120 pages) They give me there rate, I give my lowest fee for service. Next thing is we need approval blah blah ok they are going shopping, they tell me I'm the only option. Looks like they found a cheaper option.

I gave a 3 hour window to arrive at closing to insure everything done right and traffic.

Just walked in from doing two already today, last minute deals hate them.

I've had a couple like that today. I give my fee to accomplish what they need, and no call back. But, I've got GN work set for tomorrow and Thursday that I will be paid immediately.
