Anyone heard of a site called thumbtack? They sent me a message foe general notary work in my area...apparently someone in my area needs a notary and contacted them...just wondering if this is for real.

Yes, I am on Thumbtack, however, I use it for further exposure of my businesses. I do not accept their few referrals because they have a charge for you to get the information, without guaranteeing there will be a real job out of it.

I use it, auto uploads to Craig's List. Gets the word out don't think anything has come of it.

I've received they emails, treated them as spam & deleted. My biz comes from the major listing sites and IMO anything else is usually a waste of time.
