Property Inspections
What does a notary have to do to be able to do property inspections?

I don't think a notary has do anything to do property inspections. You just go to the property and ask a few questions and usually take a few pictures. I am not sure you even have to be a notary to be able to do property inspections.

Breathe.
No special requirements; be able to follow directions.

There are several types of property inspections. Are you inquiring about the types of inspections that Notary's Public can do? These are usually low paying but do not require a lot of time to process. There are a couple of forums for Field Inspections or Field Inspectors that you can browse around to get more information. I've worked with a Complytraq, but I stopped accepting assignments because of the very low pay. It just wasn't worth my time or effort.
