take pictures of front, bothsides of house at 45 deg. and you will be compensated $10.00. I do not know how they can afford to pay such high fees LOL

Actually, I had a gig like that when I was just starting

out as a NSA.
Given a list of several hundred homes , with a few weeks to get them all done.
Sorted by area, and was able to do many in the same area on the same trip.
Back in the pre-digital era, so I had to actually develop the pix and send in a hard copy.
If you have enough volume in a single area, it can be profitable.
Would be even easier now with advanced mapping software and digital camera .
Need a whole bunch of area concentrated volume to make it worthwhile.
With just a front and side view, you do not even need to get out of your car.

Several years ago we had some forest fires here on the front range. I was contacted by a company to go and take photos of houses to insure there was no fire damage to the actual house. I did a dozen or so at $50 each…I used my digital camera and e-mailed the photos back w/worksheet.

I could understand $50 but the $10 they offered wold barely pay for the gas. I think this was foreclosure pictures.

Agree that would be a problem for a "one and done" unless

it was either VERY near by or somewhere you needed to go anyway.

I had an offer like that a while back, I turned it down. Then another company offered $6 because there were a lot of them. Of course i turned that one down.

The three that I did brought in a whopping total of $42, which I had to chase down after eight weeks or so! Not worth the time, travel, expenses, and bother of keeping track of payment pending. No more for me..........
