Someone on the numbers forum just posted that they filed a complaint with the MD Insurance Bureau for Safir/Genuine Title's failure to fulfill contractual obligations in a real estate transaction:

Apparently the notary received payment within 10 days of filing the complaint.

The one time I did work for them, I did get paid by them. After four or five months of waiting and phone calls and then I finally called the loan officer and got the owners name of the Genuine Title company (not Constantine) and emailed them both with a very polite threat, that I would publically expose them on the internet, facebook and whatever means came to mind. I was paid not once, but three times! Never again!
