I saw that Sylvia, but have no ideal why they are contacting me. I have never signed up with them. They wrote something about having jobs in my "dashboard".

Well I went to that site and found the founder is Mike Caywood. Then I Googled his name his name and added "notary" since we are notaries and he is contacting us and found the answers to your questions. Google is indeed our friend.

I've done one job for them

They are inspections but they'll say it's not. They can pay about $55 as a max for the "look" but it depends on your schedule and location.

For my look I took about 12 pictures and a 2 minute video of the item, then uploaded to the website. They paid in FOUR DAYS! I mean check in hand, four days.

So if it's not far it might be something you consider. You basically go and confirm that it's not a scam for the Internet buyer, so they know it's not a stolen picture from a website or a Nigerian scam of some type. You don't have to know anything about the item in question, no expertise needed.
