I did a loan closing for them a couple of months ago and it was a very smooth transaction, easy package, very organized, and they paid me right away. I would definitely work with them again.

They called me yesterday to do a HELOC that was 20 - 25 minutes away from me. They said they would pay $25. Of course I replied with shock and turned it down! Who on earth is working for such low fees???
