I once got a strange urgent call from them trying to coax me into a signing by saying they would pay me $200 just to sit and watch someone sign a "few" documents/no notarizations and I that would get FREE coffee and donuts too! Um, like that would convince me? It immediately raised red flags with me so I declined and have never heard from them again.

I have closed refinances and HECMs for them, but do NOT do debt settlements. They pay well and within 14-21 days. I find them to be easy to reach and responsive to by inquiries. They don't insist on hand-holding. Overall, I enjoy working with them very much.
