AFA Title aka American Freedom Assurance

I accepted a signing from them for 12/14 and was paid on 12/23. I had questioned their current payment practices due to some negative comments here but Keith said he took over a few months ago and they now pay at funding. They offer a fair fee. Package was VA and large.

I work for them too, they pay upon funding and no hand holding, easy to work with.
